Wade Collier

Wade is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in sales, appraisal, investments, and property management. He holds a degree in Agriculture Economics with a specialization in real estate from Texas A&M University.

During his seven-year tenure as a Trust Officer/Asset Manager at Chase Bank, Wade honed his skills in negotiation and communication with principals, agents, and attorneys, gaining invaluable experience in selling or managing various trust or estate-held properties.

In 2019, Wade joined Keller Williams to assist in Vicki's flourishing real estate business. During this time, he also ventured into a short and mid-term furnished rental business on Airbnb  where he earned  “Superhost status” for 18 consecutive quarters on the Airbnb platform.  Recently Wade and Vicki started hosting directly through their short/mid term rental business, Stay Awhile in Texas, as they transition their bookings from third-party online travel agencies, to direct bookings via StayAwhileInTexas.com. Giles Setzler

Giles has been a licensed realtor since 2015 and is originally from the small Texas town of Early, three hours outside of San Antonio. Giles's childhood involved him observing his father sell real estate, build homes, and manage property. His father has been a real estate broker for over 30 years, and that's where he learned not only the real estate business but the business of people. 

Giles has eight years of selling real estate that involves residential, farm & ranch, lots & acreage, lake property and some light commercial. Growing up in a small town, he learned the importance of honesty, communication, and ethical values. He puts an emphasis on communication and building genuine relationships not only with his clients, but also with title companies, lenders, appraisers, and contractors.

Giles has experience in property management, where he has operated a successful, boutique RV park for almost a decade. There, like his real estate business, he puts an emphasis on building long-lasting relationships with his customers.

Taleea Paz

I have been helping Vicki as a transaction coordinator for three years, and have over a decade of experience as a TC and as a Realtor since 2006. TMS Transactions  provide attentive transaction coordination services tailored to the local real estate market.  With a deep understanding of residential, new-builds, and commercial transactions, we will be focused on communicating effectively with the appropriate parties in a transaction.
